Management of severe acute pancreatitis in 2019

Abstract: shock (systolic blood pressure <90 mmHg), pulmonary insufficiency (PaO 2 ≤60 mmHg), acute kidney injury (serum creatinine level >2 mg/dL), and gastrointestinal bleeding.
