Low-cost substrates can potentially reduce production costs for ornamental plants such as Adenium obesum, popularly known as desert rose. The emergence and initial growth of desert rose in different substrates was evaluated. A randomized block design was used, with seven treatments and five replications. The treatments were sandy soil 100%; clay soil 100%; native vegetation soil 100%; sandy soil 50% + sawdust 50%; sandy soil 50% + fish farm sludge 50%; sandy soil 50% + crushed tobacco 50%; sandy soil 50% + pine bark with charcoal 50%. The fish farm sludge provided the highest emergence rate of 65%. At the end of the 180 DAS period, the SSF substrate had the highest average height, at 14.08 cm. The SSF and SPBC substrates had the highest average caudex diameter, at 32.42 mm. The SAN, NV, SSF, and SPBC substrates had the highest number of leaves parameter averages, with 41.80. Tobacco at a concentration of 50% hinders the emergence of desert rose seedlings. The substrate with a mixture of sandy soil and fish sludge provided the best development for the desert rose plants over the 180 days of evaluation.

O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar o uso do lodo proveniente de viveiros de cultivo de peixes na produção de mudas de pitanga, Eugenia uniflora L., através da Interação Agricultura - Aquicultura (IAA), como uma forma de mitigar o impacto ambiental causado pela piscicultura. Para a avaliação da composição do lodo, foram coletadas amostras de um viveiro de produção de peixes e analisadas as variáveis físico-químicas, matéria orgânica, umidade, relação carbono/nitrogênio e macronutrientes. O lodo foi aplicado no solo, em diferentes proporções, para verificação do crescimento das mudas em casa de vegetação. O desenho experimental foi inteiramente casualizado, com quatro blocos, cada bloco contendo cinco tratamentos e quatro repetições. A fase de experimentação foi encerrada após 80 dias de cultivo, quando as mudas atingiram uma altura em torno de 20 cm. Posteriormente foram medidas o comprimento total, o diâmetro do colmo e a quantidade de folhas de cada muda. O estudo mostrou que na medida em que se aumentou os níveis de lodo do viveiro de peixe, houve um incremento no desenvolvimento das mudas. O tratamento com 100% de inclusão de lodo obteve o melhor rendimento, com os seguintes resultados: 28,03 cm de média do comprimento total, 1,81 mm de média do diâmetro do colmo e 18,18 a média do número de folhas. A matéria orgânica e os macronutrientes encontrados no lodo dos viveiros podem ser disponibilizados para as plantas como condicionador de solo, economicamente viável, proporcionando ganhos de produtividade. A pesquisa forneceu subsídios para a utilização dos resíduos do lodo do fundo dos viveiros na produção de mudas. Para o desenvolvimento de uma piscicultura sustentável, é fundamental que haja um aproveitamento dos resíduos gerados pelos viveiros na agricultura, possibilitando a sua mitigação e o destino correto do resíduo.

The purpose of this article is to explore the coupling relationship between the change of planting structure of the citrus industry and the development of regional agricultural economy under the research of the continuous development of planting technology and industrial form, update the concepts and concepts, and promote the continuous development of the citrus industry chain with a cluster development model. Rich and perfect. This article will use specific research methods to analyze specific problems, compare data and draw conclusions. Through theoretical innovation, farewell to the extensive planting model, combined with regional economic characteristics, cultivate new planting methods. The results of the study show that the output of citrus in 2018 increased by 13.76 million tons from 2012, from 26.45 million tons in 2012 to 40.21 million tons in 2018. Among the many fruit productions, it is still relatively large. Therefore, according to the analysis of different planting structures, the model is used to determine the impact of the impact of crop yield changes on the crop planting structure, crop industry, other industries, and even the economic society, providing valuable experience for the research and application of citrus cultivation and regional agricultural economy.
