Abstract:Individuals diagnosed with Complex PTSD (C‐PTSD) have experienced repeated and often prolonged traumatic events. From a therapeutic perspective this can lead to difficulties in emotion regulation within‐session, challenges with patient‐therapist attunement, and impaired coregulation of emotions during therapeutic interactions.
