Management of Unruptured Traumatic Middle Meningeal Artery Pseudoaneurysms through Onyx Embolization

Abstract: Traumatic pseudoaneurysms of the middle meningeal artery (MMA) represent less than 1% of all intracranial aneurysms, and occur mostly in association with temporal bone fractures following head trauma.
