Abstract:Background: This case report describes the successful non-surgical management of a gastrocolocutaneous fistula that developed following percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) placement. Case Report: The patient presented several months after the procedure with abdominal pain and discharge from the PEG site.
