Managing Innovation Resources in Accordance with Sustainable Development Ethics: Typological Analysis

Abstract: The regional development path depends on managing innovation resources. However, increasing the quantity of innovation activity and managing innovation resources only by financial indicators does not guarantee progress in sustainable development.
