Abstract: Pb‐related imperfections (surface or halide vacancy induced uncoordinated Pb2+, Pb‐I antisite, and Pb2+ vacancy defects) of the ionic crystal perovskite film seriously restrict the photovoltaic performance of perovskite solar cells (PSCs).
