This chapter aims to examine the quality education in the age of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as an attempt to shape the future education through technologically sustainable transformation. The critical review from recently related literature will be employed in providing the perceptions concerning from both significant benefits and potential limitations of AI in the context of quality education. Utilizing the qualitative research design in focusing on the main objective, the findings revealed that the way to enhance quality education actualised into both teaching and learning practices amidst AI should do with enhancing the active involvement on questioning norms, analysing context, and evaluating evidence. The strategic potentials of AI adoption and development refers to enrich the utility of various facets of quality education including academic research and theory scrutiny. The study concludes that AI can be an asset in the development of quality education with caveats that require careful management.for quality education with AI applications effectively.
