Abstract: This report describes the understudied co-occurrence of temporomandibular joint ankylosis (TMJA) and extrahepatic portal vein obstruction (EHPVO), exploring a shared pathway involving hypercoagulability. TMJA is an acquired pathology where joint surfaces fuse, causing restricted mouth opening and facial asymmetry.
