Managing the Urban Environment of Jakarta, Indonesia

Abstract: This article brings the contemporary thinking and practice of Urban Environmental Management (UEM) to the solution of current environmental problems in Jakarta, Indonesia, which is both the largest city in Southeast Asia and the heart of the world's second largest urban agglomeration, Jabotadebek.
