<p align="left"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="abstrak">Manajemen Kesiswaan merupakan proses pendampingan pada peserta didik, dalam mengembangkan kemampuan yang dimiliki peserta didik agar dapat berkembang secara maksimal. Riset ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurang optimalnya pengendalian, pengawasan, pelayanan, dan evaluasi, kurangnya sumberdaya seperti infrastruktur, dan dana. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi implementasi manajemen kesiswaan di SMAN 1 Tigo Nagari. Riset ini memakai pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan Miles dan Huberman. Uji keabsahan informasi dengan metode pengecekan derajat keyakinan (<em>creadibility</em>), metode pengecekan keteralihan dengan metode penjelasan rinci <em>(dependability),</em> metode pengecekan ketergantungan (<em>capability</em>), metode pengecekan kepastian (<em>auditoring</em>). Hasil Berdasarkan analisis data, ditemukan bahwa. <em>Pertama,</em> Sekolah ini telah berhasil melaksanakan sebagian besar kegiatan kesiswaan dengan baik, termasuk pengelolaan kehadiran siswa, pembinaan prestasi, dan pengembangan bakat siswa. <em>Kedua,</em> tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, kurangnya koordinasi antara staf kesiswaan dan guru, serta minimnya partisipasi siswa dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait kegiatan kesiswaan. <em>Ketiga</em>, rekomendasi untuk perbaikan meliputi peningkatan pelatihan dan pengembangan staf kesiswaan, peningkatan koordinasi antara staf kesiswaan dan guru, serta pemberian kesempatan yang lebih besar bagi siswa dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait kegiatan kesiswaan.</p><p align="left"><strong>Kata Kunci : </strong>Implementasi, Manajemen, Kesiswaan</p><p align="left"> </p><p align="left"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>Student Management is a process of assisting students, in developing the abilities of students so that they can develop optimally. This research is motivated by less than optimal control, supervision, service and evaluation, lack of resources such as infrastructure and funds. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the implementation of student management at SMAN 1 Tigo Nagari. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman. Test the validity of the information by checking the degree of confidence (creadibility), the method of checking transferability with the detailed explanation method(dependability), dependency checking method (capability), certainty checking method (auditoring). Results Based on data analysis, it was found that.First, This school has successfully carried out most of its student activities properly, including managing student attendance, fostering achievement, and developing student talents.Second, challenges faced include limited human resources, lack of coordination between student staff and teachers, and minimal student participation in decision-making related to student activities.Third, recommendations for improvement include increasing training and development of student staff, increasing coordination between student staff and teachers, as well as providing greater opportunities for students to make decisions related to student activities.</em></p><p align="left"><strong><em>Keyword : </em></strong><em>Implementation, Management, Student</em></p>
