Manajemen Konflik dan Cara Penanganan Konflik Dalam Organisasi Sekolah

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konflik dalam suatu organisasi, faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan konflik, pendekatan dalam penanganan konflik, dan dampak konflik terhadap kinerja organisasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur.
