Abstract:Mangiferin is a natural glucosylxanthone widely distributed in higher plants such as Mangifera indica L. and Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bung showing antidiabetic, antitumor, antiviral, antioxidant, immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory activities.
