Abstract:For the emerging Sb2(S,Se)3 solar cells, most high‐efficiency devices employ a standard structure based on the heterojunction of weak n‐type Sb2(S,Se)3 and heavily n‐doped cadmium sulfide (CdS), and the sunlight is incident from the n‐type CdS side in either superstrate or substrate structure. The weak carrier extraction ability of the n‐n heterojunction as well as the parasitic absorption and toxicity from CdS further limit the efficiency improvement and practical applications. Herein, for the first time we d… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
