For SrTiO 3 (Figure 1a), peaks are observed at 22.8°, 32.4°, 40.0°, 46.5°, 57.8°, 67.8°and 77.2°corresponding to the (1 0 0), (1 1 0), (1 1 1), (2 0 0), (2 1 1), (2 2 0), and (3 1 0) planes, which are characteristic of the SrTiO 3 cubic phase (JCPDS 00-35-0734) [39][40][41].
