Abstract:Metal oxides have long suffered from losses of electronic conductivity and structural durability in the form of three-dimensional nanostructure. Encapsulation with a carbon-based electrocatalyst support material, such as graphdiyne (GDY), might just solve that challenge by forming tight interfacial contact with highly efficient charge exchange. Here, we investigate the bilateral electron transport across the GDY/NiO heterostructure interface using laser-excited photoemission electron microscopy. Based on the c… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
