Mapping lean experiences and emerging connections with clinical risk management in Italian context

Abstract: Purpose -The purpose of this paper is to describe the Italian state of art of Health Lean Management (HLM) and to analyze the Italian projects that connect this approach with clinical risk management (CRM).
