MapWeb: A location-based converged communications platform

Abstract: Location information is a valuable tool in personal communicationover IP (VoIP) and video streaming can be made available in wireless networks. At the same time, using information uniquely available in wireless networks, we will be able to create novel applications that are unavailable in traditional networks.
