Abstract:Social Networking applications have gained immense popularity amongst students in the last few years. Unfortunately, all such services currently require internet connectivity which inhibits their usefulness when a person is on the move. In this paper we describe a mobile platform, Marauder's Map which enables social networking on the go, by allowing users to keep track of their friends and their activities in a peer to peer fashion using a novel human-based social network routing protocol.
