Abstract: Cyclin-dependent kinase 5 (CDK5) plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including immune response, insulin secretion regulation, apoptosis, DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) damage response, epithelial−mesenchymal transition (EMT), cell migration and invasion, angiogenesis, and myogenesis.
