Abstract:Pandemija covida-19 je preko ukrepov za njeno zajezitev močno zaznamovala delovanje muzejev v svetu in Sloveniji. V sestavku so prikazani rezultati kvalitativne raziskave, izvedene na vzorcu štirih slovenskih muzejev, katere namen je bil analizirati stanje, odzive in učinkovitost odzivov na področju marketinga skozi marketinški splet 4c v času epidemije.
