Markov Chains With Maximum Return Time Entropy for Robotic Surveillance

Abstract: Motivated by robotic surveillance applications, this paper studies the novel problem of maximizing the return time entropy of a Markov chain, subject to a graph topology with travel times and stationary distribution.
