Abstract:The composite of graphene and semiconductor nanoparticles has attracted increasing interest in the search for novel nonlinear optical materials. Herein, composites of reduced graphene oxide (RGO) and SnO2 nanoparticles with different mass ratios were synthesized via a facile hydrothermal method.
