Massive gastrointestinal haemorrhage associated with ileal lymphoid hyperplasia in Gaucher's disease

Abstract: Summary A case report of adult type I Gaucher's disease is described, with profound terminal ileal haemorrhage in association with ileal lymphoid hyperplasia. Peroperative ileal endoscopy localized the segment involved allowing an appropriate resection and successful outcome for the patient.
