Abstract: Maternal lipopolysaccharide(LPS)exposure during pregnancy induced metabolic abnormalities in male offspring, but the underlying mechanisms are still unclear. The aims of this study were to elucidate the underlying etiologies by characterizing the metabolic alterations in maternal serum and male fetal liver.
