MDCT Is Very Useful for Evaluating the Spread of DCIS.

Abstract: Introduction: Ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) may occasionally spread widely in the duct-lobular segment, thereby complicating the complete resection of the lesion in breast-conserving surgery.
