Meaningful Work Linking High-Quality Relationships and Commitment: A Conditional Process Study with Career Orientation

Abstract: This study aimed to examine the relations between high-quality relationships, meaningful work, and affective commitment, and evaluate whether protean career orientation moderates the relationship between meaningful work and affective commitment.
