The paper demonstrates improving the reliability of power supply and operating safety of power receivers in electric networks of 6-10 kV, by controlling the neutral mode in extended electric networks of 6-10 kV with capacitive earth fault currents above 15 A. The purpose of the study is to increase the reliability of power supply and the safety of operation of power receivers in such electric networks, the establishment of patterns in controlling the neutral mode in extended 6-10 kV electric networks with capacitive earth fault currents above 15 A, as well as the development of a method and device automatic detection of single-phase earth fault current. Grounding methods and neutral modes in electric networks with a voltage of 6-10 kV are considered. The method and device for automatically determining the current of a single-phase earth fault were developed. In the result, the relationship between the active and inductive components of the neutral current during series RL grounding of the network Ia/IL=(0.5÷0.3) was established, which ensures reliable operation of the SPEF protection of both current and directional principles including the changes of capacity abruptly networks caused by switching outgoing lines.

In the present study described the methodology for determination of sustainable modes of long equivalent of the interconnected power systems of various structures with simplified representation of excitation controllers of generators. According to the results of numerous studies, the criterion of oscillatory disturbance of static stability based on the control of the partial derivative ∂AN /∂δ is formulated. To confirm the formulated criterion of violation of the static vibrational stability performed quantitative mapping of polynomial coefficients of haracteristics equations and additional applications of the matrix equations is redundant points of the equivalent circuit of the Electrical Power Systems (EPS) obtained under the criterion Hurwitz. Quantitative comparison and qualitative analysis of the nature of the change in the roots of the characteristic equation and the Hurwitz determinants confirm that the transition across the boundary of the stability region, found by the formulated criterion on the basis of the control of the partial derivative ∂AN /∂δ taking into account the proposed simplified model of generators at the constant excitation voltage Uf = const, is accompanied by the appearance of reciprocal values of the Hurwitz determinants. Taking into account the generalizations and conclusions obtained, a modified method of studying the static oscillatory stability of the EPS is proposed. The efficiency of the developed algorithm for determining the boundary of the region of potentially stable regimes is estimated. It is shown that the proposed method has the best performance indicators and can reduce the computational cost.

The principles of increasing the precision characteristics of an agricultural electric drive are presented in this article. There are achieved by analyzing the requirements for the electric drive by the operating body. The scientific work has a relationship between the parameters of the quality of rolling the blanks for agricultural facilities and the precision parameters of the electric drive in terms of overshoot parameters and absolute positioning accuracy. It is shown that this dependence is non-linear in the position electric drive and depends more on the size of the overshoot and a significantly smaller ratio from absolute accuracy. The permissible overshoot value depends on the absolute accuracy and has range from 5 to 10%. The largest value of the overshoot is achieved with absolute positioning accuracy with an error not exceeding 2%. The obtained values of the control parameters can be successfully applied in the design of the position agricultural electric drive. So, if you provide sufficient positioning accuracy with an error not exceeding 2%, which is achieved by the use of position sensors with a resolution of at least 10 000 pulses per revolution, the modeling electric drive in the position loop can be adjusted with an allowable overshoot of 10%, and therefore, increased system performance while maintaining quality control indicators.
