“…Otoplasty is a cosmetic procedure with significant psychosocial ramifications. As such, although surgeons may devise measures of successful anatomical correction, and validated quality of life questionnaires may show improved emotion, physical health, learning and vitality domains resulting from otoplasty in childhood, it is patient/parent satisfaction with the outcome that determines a successful procedure.
