Measurement of Spectral and Directional Reflection Characteristics of Building Materials Separated Into Boundary and Layer Reflection Components

Abstract: Highly accurate luminance simulation methods are required to appropriately predict and design various lighting environments. In this study, reflected light from building materials such as PVC floorings, PVC sheets, granite and resin coated metal plates were measured by being separated into the boundary reflection component and the layer reflection component using a polarizer.
