Measures for the combat of aviation terrorism

Abstract: The author dealt with the subject of aviation terrorism and mechanisms aimed at combating it. The subject of discussion is the concept of aviation terrorism and its range. Then the author will discuss the international conventions that govern this issue, e.g. the Convention on Offences and Certain Other Acts Committed on Board Aircraft, the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft of 1970 or the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Civil Aviation of 1971… Show more
