Measuring community disaster resilience in Southern Punjab: a study of 2022 floods in Pakistan

Abstract: Pakistan only contributes 1% of the global greenhouse gas emissions. The country’s substantial vulnerability to the effects of climate change was highlighted during the 2022 floods. One-third of the country was underwater, 33 million people were affected, and 8 million were displaced.
