The main purpose of manufacturing companies is to achieve the fulfillment of strategies and to increase productivity and competitiveness while adapting to market changes. For this, it is necessary to measure employee and global performance. This article is aimed to analyze the application of fuzzy indicators for measuring employee performance in manufacturing companies, by using a systematic literature review of the works published in scientific databases, from 2008 to 2021. The results show that the use of fuzzy indicators helps to reduce the subjectivity and uncertainty of the evaluator. The application of different fuzzy methods for performance measurement allows to perform an effective evaluation and to make more appropriate decisions with greater impact on global performance.
