Measuring long-range carrier diffusion across multiple grains in polycrystalline semiconductors by photoluminescence imaging

Abstract: Thin-film polycrystalline semiconductors are currently at the forefront of inexpensive large-area solar cell and integrated circuit technologies because of their reduced processing and substrate selection constraints.
