Abstract:We examine the tail systemic risk between the global financial system and financial institutions that belong to different industry groups. Our main contribution is the development of a systemic risk measure Delta Quantile-Located Conditional Autoregressive Expected Shortfall, ΔQLMV−CoCARES.
