Measuring the effects of self-awareness: Construction of the Self-Awareness Outcomes Questionnaire

Abstract: Dispositional self-awareness is conceptualized in several different ways, including insight, reflection, rumination and mindfulness, with the latter in particular attracting extensive attention in recent research.
