Measuring university performance using a knowledge‐based balanced scorecard

Abstract: PurposeThe application of fuzzy multiple attribute decision making (FMADM) approach in evaluation of organizations has grown recently, and it is combined with knowledge‐based university evaluation parameters in this study.
