Mechanical Behaviour of Unshelled Moringa oleifera Seeds at Varying Moisture Contents

Abstract: The determination of mechanical properties of unshelled Moringa oleifera seeds was studied under compression test at varying orientations and moisture contents for postharvest equipment design.
