Mechanical filtration, based on elective concentration of particles, as an innovative method of water treatment

This article discusses the use of modified molecular sieves in mechanical filters of water treatment plants and the separation of the gas mixture, as they have sorbing properties to all heavy metals. The main indicators of the quality of separation is the adsorption isotherm, which demonstrates the structure of the adsorbent, the thermal effect of separation and a number of other physical,chemical and technological characteristics. System analysis of technological parameters of mechanical filters increases the operational period of equipment.

The paper deals with the solution of problems to assess the technical condition of thermal mechanical equipment, on the example of boilers by thermography. As a result of the study of the brickwork of the steam hot-water boiler, thermal imaging images were obtained, from which it can be concluded that the brickwork of the boiler does not perform its direct functions, the insulation is outdated. Thus, constant monitoring allows making current repair of machinery, reducing wear and heating loss to maintain efficiency at the project level.

The thermal method of increasing the efficiency of high-viscosity fluid transportation is considered, using the example of M100 fuel oil. The graphical dependences of the dynamic fluid viscosity on the temperature, the kinematic viscosity on the consumption of a heating steam and on the power of heating pads provided that high-viscosity fluid is heated, as well as the Prandtl number on the heat output of a heater, are obtained.
