Abstract: This study investigates the effects of aluminum and nitrogen content on the microstructure, mechanical properties, and tribological performance of high-entropy coatings based on (TiCrAlxNbY)Ny systems. Using a hybrid magnetron sputtering technique, both metallic and nitride coatings were synthesized and evaluated.
