Mechanism based pharmacodynamic interactions of glucocorticoids and DMARDs- A review

Abstract: Combination of conventional disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (cDMARDs), which assist in achieving effective disease control and functional outcomes in rheumatoid arthritis (RA), is widely accepted as an effective treatment regimen.
