Nevertheless, a notable issue arises when these investments fail to produce the desired results in terms of the transfer of training. Ultimately, this review paper consolidates the results of various studies, offering a comprehensive comprehension of the transfer of training and its impact on employee job performance. In addition, the paper highlights deficiencies in existing research and suggests potential areas for further investigation, thereby enhancing the ongoing discussion on learning and performance in organizational settings.
