Abstract: The immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME) has become a major challenge in cancer immunotherapy, with abundant tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) playing a key role in promoting tumor immune escape by displaying an immunosuppressive (M2) phenotype.
