Abstract: The adsorption of anti-Salmonella rabbit immunoglobulin (IgaR) on negatively charged polymer particles leading to the formation of immunolatex was studied using various techniques comprising atomic force microscopy (AFM) and laser Doppler velocimetry (LDV).
