Mechanism of PQQ and CoQ10 overproduction in Methylobacterium as revealed by comparative genomic analysis between mutant and wild-type strains

Abstract: Background The microbial synthesis of pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ) and Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) remains the most promising industrial production route.
