Mechanism of protective immunity by vaccination with recombinant Echinococcus granulosus glutathione S-transferase (Chinese strain) in mice

Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the immunoprotective effects of recombinant glutathione S-transferase (rEgGST) against the development of protoscolices (PSCs), and to determine the mechanisms underlying this protection.
