Mechanism of Thermal Aggregation of Rabbit Muscle Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate Dehydrogenase

Abstract: Thermal denaturation and aggregation of rabbit muscle glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) have been studied using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), dynamic light scattering (DLS), and analytical ultracentrifugation.
