“…While considering the social system, prior research has noted that transactive memory system explains the pattern of social interaction among team member (Ali et al ., 2019; Cao, Ali, Pitafi, Khan & Waqas, 2020; Peltokorpi, 2014), therefore, we use the transactive memory system to explain a system of interaction and trust expertise coordinating in teams (Griffith & Neale, 2001).
