Mechanisms of Change in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy: Systematized Review

Abstract: Objective: Despite increasing evidence for the effectiveness of intensive short-term dynamic psychotherapy (ISTDP), evidence supporting the purported mechanisms of change in ISTDP is lacking.
