Mechanisms of Resistance to Camptothecins

Abstract: Camptothecins are broad-spectrum anticancer drugs that specifically target DNA topoisomerase I. Although the availability of camptothecins has had a significant impact on cancer therapeutics, de novo or acquired clinical resistance to camptothecins is common.
